These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.viralexim.com and all business enquiries made through it. By accessing this website or contacting us, you agree to these terms. Viral Exim is a merchant exporter of construction materials based in Anand, Gujarat, India.

1. Nature of the website

This website is an informational and enquiry platform. Product listings, images and descriptions are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. All supplies are made against a written quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract issued by Viral Exim.

2. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid only for the period stated on them and are subject to change with market movement in steel, cement, freight and currency rates.
An order is confirmed only upon our written acceptance and receipt of the agreed advance/payment instrument (e.g., LC, TT advance) as per the contract.
Product grades, standards, quantities, tolerances, packing, Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR), delivery schedule and inspection terms are as stated in the sales contract, which prevails over any website content.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in the currency and on the Incoterms stated in the quotation. Bank charges outside India, import duties, taxes and clearance costs at destination are to the buyer's account unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Quality and inspection

Materials are supplied against recognised standards/grades as stated in the contract. Where third-party pre-shipment inspection is required, it must be agreed in the contract; the inspection certificate at the port of loading shall be final evidence of quality and quantity at shipment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery and risk

Delivery timelines are given in good faith and are subject to production, vessel availability, customs processing and force majeure events. Risk passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

6. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, port congestion, government or customs actions, export/import restrictions, pandemics, or shipping line disruptions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Viral Exim name, logo, text and graphics — is the property of Viral Exim and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral Exim's total liability arising out of any transaction shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods concerned, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or project delays.

9. Accuracy of information

We try to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is error-free. We may change content, products or these terms at any time without notice.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any arbitration clause in a signed contract, courts at Anand, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
